Terms of Service

1. Service Description
ThresholdLab is a training load monitoring platform for endurance athletes. The service analyzes your Strava activity data to provide injury risk scores, adaptive training plans, taper recommendations, and AI-generated daily briefs.
2. Account Responsibilities
By creating an account you agree to:
- Maintain an active Strava account with accurate activity data.
- Keep your login credentials secure. ThresholdLab uses Strava OAuth — we never store your Strava password.
- Provide accurate information during onboarding (sport type, training history, race goals).
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Free trial — all new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start.
- Monthly plan — $19.99 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual plan — $179 per year, billed annually (save 25%).
- Payment processing — all payments are handled securely by Stripe. ThresholdLab does not store credit card numbers.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected].
4. Limitation of Liability
ThresholdLab is not medical advice. The injury risk scores, training plans, and recommendations provided by ThresholdLab are based on algorithmic analysis of your training data. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You use ThresholdLab at your own risk. ThresholdLab and its operators shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the service outside of normal use.
- Share your account with others or resell access to the service.
- Upload fabricated or manipulated activity data.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may delete your account from the Settings page. All data will be permanently removed.
- ThresholdLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
